Check-in and check-out

1.1 What time can I check in?
Check-in is between 2 PM and 11 PM. If you're going to arrive later, let us know via WhatsApp and we'll work it out.
1.2 Until what time can I stay on departure day?
Check-out is until 10 AM. If you want to extend until 5 PM (late check-out), there's an extra charge of 50% of one night, subject to availability.
1.3 Is someone there to receive me?
Yes. Daniela, the owner, meets you in person, hands over the keys and walks you through the apartment with the basics.

Booking and payments

2.1 How do I book an apartment?
Message us on WhatsApp with the dates and the apartment you're interested in. We'll confirm availability and the final price.
2.2 How does payment and the deposit work?
To secure the booking we ask for a 50% deposit of the total stay. The rest is paid on arrival, by bank transfer or cash (pesos or dollars). We don't accept card payments.
2.3 Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations more than 15 days ahead: full 100% deposit refund. Between 7 and 15 days: 50%. Less than 7 days: deposit is not refunded, but you can reschedule subject to availability.

During your stay

3.1 Do you allow pets?
In some apartments, depending on size, pets are allowed. Let us know when booking and we'll confirm which units work for your case.
3.2 Is there parking?
We have a small space for two cars inside the property, subject to availability. If it's full, you can leave the car on the street with no cost and no issues.
3.3 Is there WiFi?
Yes, fiber optic in every apartment. Suitable for remote work or video calls.
3.4 Are linens and towels included?
Yes. Every apartment comes ready with sheets, towels and kitchen linens at check-in.
3.5 Are the kitchens equipped?
Yes. Every unit has a fridge with freezer and the essentials to start cooking from day one — no need to rush to the supermarket: dishware, pots, pan, basic utensils, electric kettle and stovetop.
3.6 How is the apartment heated or cooled?
In winter we have cold/heat air conditioning units and electric convector heaters. In summer, the AC units, portable fans and the mountain setting keep the rooms cool.
3.7 Are there supermarkets or shops nearby?
Yes. Within 100 meters of the property you'll find small markets, grocers, greengrocers and bakeries.
3.8 Do you allow parties or events?
We don't host events or parties. Please respect quiet hours (10 PM to 9 AM) so other guests and neighbors aren't disturbed.
3.9 Can I smoke?
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. You can smoke in the outdoor areas.
