Check-in is between 2 PM and 11 PM. If you're going to arrive later, let us know via WhatsApp and we'll work it out.
02 How does payment and the deposit work?
To secure the booking we ask for a 20% deposit of the total stay. The rest is paid on arrival, by bank transfer or cash (pesos or dollars). We don't accept card payments.
03 Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations more than 15 days ahead: full 100% deposit refund. Between 7 and 15 days: 50%. Less than 7 days: deposit is not refunded, but you can reschedule subject to availability.
04 Do you allow pets?
In some apartments, depending on size, pets are allowed. Let us know when booking and we'll confirm which units work for your case.
05 Is there parking?
We have a small space for two cars inside the property, subject to availability. If it's full, you can leave the car on the street with no cost and no issues.
