The space
Designed so that the moment you step in, you feel at home. The living room is the heart of the apartment — where long conversations and slow coffee mornings happen — and it has a Smart TV with Netflix included.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with electric burners (oven not included), so cooking becomes part of the vacation ritual rather than a chore. Open to the living room, it preserves the flow of the space.
The main bedroom has a king bed with linens and a generous closet. If you’d prefer two separate beds, we can split the king into two singles — just let us know when booking.

What guests ask the most
1.1 What time can I check in?
Check-in is between 2 PM and 11 PM. If you're going to arrive later, let us know via WhatsApp and we'll work it out.
2.2 How does payment and the deposit work?
To secure the booking we ask for a 50% deposit of the total stay. The rest is paid on arrival, by bank transfer or cash (pesos or dollars). We don't accept card payments.
2.3 Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations more than 15 days ahead: full 100% deposit refund. Between 7 and 15 days: 50%. Less than 7 days: deposit is not refunded, but you can reschedule subject to availability.
3.1 Do you allow pets?
In some apartments, depending on size, pets are allowed. Let us know when booking and we'll confirm which units work for your case.
